Nasira Bint Khuzaymah [break] Appearance [break] Nasira is an atypically tall, thin sorceress/necromancer of Arab descent. Her long, lustrous black hair resembles a cobra's hood and her sharp eyes are dark brown. She usually wears a form-fitting, floor-length open-back burgundy dress with black accents. The black sleeves of the dress end halfway down the forearms. For jewelry, she has a golden four-ringed armband on her right bicep, a burgundy headband that sports a diamond-shaped light purple gemstone, a golden choker with pentagon-shaped pieces, and golden triangular earrings. [break][break] Personality [break] Nasira has a tendency to hold grudges, and her temper, once provoked, could border on murderous. Motivated by power, by authority and by the desire for status, Nasira, if wronged, will seek equal retaliation or compensation in lieu of an apology - a misguided attempt to transform shame into pride. When dealing with grief, Nasira tries to suppress her negative feelings and instead opts to make it right as she believes wallowing in regret is a waste of time and energy. She does not realize that sadness serves an important purpose: to create empathy in others when Nasira is emotionally overwhelmed and needs help. [break][break] History [break] Nasira relocated to the school from a past she declined to divulge. A no-nonsense woman, "Ms. Khuzaymah" is one of Animated High's strictest teachers. [break][break] |
